The first home game of the year will be at 4 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 10, in Memorial Stadium against the Ball State Cardinals, with another game, against Wake Forest, scheduled for Sept. 24 in Bloomington. The Keith Caton interview is followed by an interview by Through the Gates host Janae Cummings, who talks with Caryn Hojnicki, sustainability coordinator for IU Athletics, about the “Greening Cream and Crimson” initiative. The volunteer-based effort helps fans at football games to get materials into the correct waste containers, offering compost bins, green recycling bins and red landfill bins.
